As a result, dental offices have jumped on board by creating and using mobile friendly websites.  A major reason for the growth in mobile internet usage is that we live in a society that has become virtually dependent upon mobile devices.

There are many offices in the dental industry that are hesitant about moving into the mobile realm. There is an inherent preconceived notion that patients may interpret a mobile website poorly or that the mobile presence may not be how the practice envisioned.

There are some last minute questions to ask yourself:

  • Would you spend time on this website if it wasn’t your own?
  • Is the website easy to read?
  • Is the website easy to navigate?
  • Does the website load within a few seconds?
  • Does the website provide an overall good experience for patients?

    Nice thoughts & you have written.easy to digest article As a periodontist, I also have a website & far more than 1 year I didn’t update my website to Mobile Friendly & in the last few months I did hire the Internet Marketing Company for my website to promote it so they told me that my website is not mobile friendly. And they also analyze through analytics that my most of the user are coming to my website through Mobile Devices so now I allow them to create my website Mobile Friendly and you didn’t know that my conversion rate is high as they compare to the desktop. I think we must need to create our website mobile responsive as search engine giant Google is giving more priority to mobile websites. Thanks for this post Lexi. Keep up the good work!
